We would like to take this time to Thank Our SPONSORS and especially Ed & Anita From EAST HAMPTON NAPA AUTO PARTS, Steve & Roy from G&S AUTO CENTER, for their continued sponsorship at this difficult time. Your patience with the team and Gregory missing some races are really appreciated. We really can't thank you enough.  We are trying to get the car on the track as much as we can and Gregory and Greg  and even Eddie Gertsch are working on the car as hard as ever. Mr. Snow from New Haven Truck & Auto Body in East Haven has been gracious enough to allow them to use the gargage and lifts, which makes it very nice especially with the way that Gregory has been feeling. Ed Gertsch is nice enough to be driving the 85 Late Model to keep the names of our sponsors that are so important to us promoted  at the tracks and his team New Haven Truck and Auto Body is at the track  to help out. Eddie is a great driver and we appreciate him filling in as Gregory is not able to drive the car right now. We can't thank everyone enough for all the help, and support that we are getting Thank-you!

8-6-11 Waterford Speedbowl 50 Lap. FULL MOON!!  Eddie started 12TH. 1st caution was in the 3rd lap, the 7 pushed the 07 up into the 88 who spun. 2 laps later, the 5  got loose out of turn 4 collecting 3 other cars, Eddie  restarted in the 4th position. On lap 7, 88 spun again. On lap 17 the 5 made it 3 wide down the back stretch sandwiching the 28 on the outside, luckily nothing happened!  Lap 33, the 10 tried to get underneath Eddie and spun himself out and another caution ensued.  In lap 35 the 5 hit the wall in turn 3 by himself.  With one lap to go the 10 spun coming out of turn 4 the track put 2 laps back on the board again this week the same as last week.  Eddie restarted 6th coming down the front stretch Eddie brushed the wall, final lap did a cross over maneuver to get under the 11 but the 11 beat him by a nose length. Eddie finished 7th.

7-30-11
Waterford  Speedbowl. Started 8th, was another intense bumper to bumper night of racing, about midway Eddie avoided what could have been a major wreck, coming into turn 3, car #5 got into the rear of the 25 sending him sideways, once again everyone drove through the thick tire smoke with the exception of the 38 who hit the 25 in the left rear. As the leader was taking the white flag in the last lap, the 17 had slowed on the back stretch and was on the access to the infield well out of the way. Caution came out Eddie was in 4th position with the 7 & 5 behind him. The track decided to put 2 laps back on the board and re-start the race on the last lap coming out of turn 2 the 5 car hit Eddie in the rear quarter spinning him around. Everyone scattered missed piling in Eddie and he finished 12th.

7-16-11 Waterford  Speedbowl. The race was a dog fight all night, everyone was tight. With 7 laps to go someone spun the 25 which put him broad side between 1&2, cars scattered high & low and checked up through the heavy tire smoke Eddie got through. With the rear bumper pushed in, Eddie was able to finish 10th.  Great Job!

6-25-11
Waterford Speedbowl. We had Eddie Gertsch fill in as driver because Gregory wasn't feeling well. The car still needs to be dialed in a little more and had some brake issues.  Eddie did a great job and avoided a major wreck on turns 1 & 2. He bought the car home in 12th and in one piece!  The New Haven Truck and Auto Body guys did a great job helping us out, A big shout out to all who helped out!!!!

New paint & ready to go!

5-21-2011
Waterford Speedbowl , After last weeks "incident" the handling was terrible. BUT  he came in 10th!!!  The guys worked for two weeks (had off 5-28-11) hopefully its all set now! And took this time to re-paint the car!!!

5-14-2011
Waterford Speedbowl  Had great practices and heat race went well. Car was really dialed in, however, after heat race he pulled in and John and I noticed he had  something leaking underneath the car. When they checked it,  the steering hose blew, which is specially made for these engines. We had another one at home, which John and Gregory flew home and got, and had just enough time to change before the feature. All was going well until about the 13th lap, turn 1, he had made the turn, a car caught his quarter panel sending him backwards into the wall. Another car trying to avoid hitting him, hit the wall head on and the caution allowed us to pull our bumper and loose fiberglass and piping off  the back of the car. He made it back out under the yellow, to finish the race in 10th . Some of the race can be seen on you tube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxtjXbzFYcw

5-7-2011 Waterford Speedbowl 1st time on the track, after losing time working on this ACT car. But it was worth it, it is running great and dialed in. Greg, Gregory, John and Richie has worked really hard getting this car back on the track after trading the 85 truck for it and Gregory finished 11th. Not bad for not having any practices and never having raced this type of car. Some of the race can be seen on youtube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRjDSB3Q4mQ

10-03-2010 Stafford Motor Speedway. Season Finale'        Greg decided to race the late model we had purchased several years ago, but never ran before. We had brought this car to Stafford during the summer but the motor blew up as the feature was starting. The week before this race we had purchased a motor from Bill Snow, who fields two race cars driven by Woody Pitkat and Corey Hutchins. The motor was strong but we struggled with the set up all day Saturday. The practice for Friday was rained out which really hurt us from getting the set up right. During the final race on Sunday, Greg started last in 23rd. On the first lap, two cars got together in turn 1 in front of Greg and collected him into the wall. With a bent lower front A arm and tie rod, and the toe knocked out  about an inch, Greg still raced. Not pretty, just tried to survive. He said that we came this far with the car fighting us all weekend, he was going to race it out. Finished 13th. Put it on the trailer, Yea!    Last race for this season will be the NETS truck at Thompson for the World Series.

9-25-2010 Monadnock,New Hampshire  Green to checker race! Gregory started 3rd finished 2nd! Gregory was trying to catch Gee Perry, but never had enough track to do it, they had about 1/2 of a track  lead ahead of the rest of the field. It was a great day! On the way  home Gee Perry was pulled over with a flat tire so we helped him, right after we finished and he took off, we started home about 5 miles into our trip we had a tire on the trailer blow out  and had to change our tire!

April 03, 2010, Greg was running 5th outside the #7. The track at Waterford was still wet in the inside lane, especially in  turn  1-2. We had massive rain storm 2 nights before. The track was literally under water. Waterford did one heck of a job to clear the
track for Saturday. The officials had forewarned all divisions about the conditions. The truck running 3 rd drove down through the
wet surface (doesn't like the outside I guess) and lost rear grip, spinning and hitting the #7 spinning him into Greg and forcing
him into the wall.Greg was able to finish the race without the front left side of the body and a 4 1/2 inch toe out. He finished
7th. The right tire went flat after the race and we found the left spindle and suspension all bent up. Dan did not race due to the
discovery of a lower engine rod knock. Should be fixed for the next race.

                                                  Waterford opener~  Greg 2nd Dan 10th
The 33 had front end damage, as you can see. Should be ready for the next race at Waterford! April 3!

Here is Greg in the 85 trying so hard to catch Allen Coates.  He almost caught up to him! He had a great run and ended up in 2nd.

In the 11th lap, the 33, Dan had no place to go when something happened in front of him between two trucks.  There was so much smoke I had to wait for the smoke to clear to see how bad it was.  He was running in the 6th spot and just couldn't avoid anything, and ended up in the wall.

The two trucks ready to race!

Greg and the 85 ready for the race after getting worked on from the heat race

March 27,2010 Saturday night~ Here we go! Opening race day! HEAT RACE: Some mishap in front of the 85, causing him to hit the wall in turn 3. Came in with a blown a tire and the crew got him back into the race. After the heat race the crew found that he had been racing with a balljoint with a bent A arm, broken spindle, bad shock, and really bad tie rod end.  After fixing all that, the crew got the 85 ready for the feature. The 85 restarted 13th and finished 6th.  Dan in the 33 finished 8th for the heat race,.
