I always ask God for blessings of protection on that person in the car, for blessings of protection on the crew as they're attending to the car on pit road. And I always ask for peace of mind for the wife, mother and girlfriends.   We are still planning on racing at Stafford Motor Speedway part time in the Limited Late Model Division. We will be racing  in the truck series full time at Waterford Speedbowl, Waterford, Ct
Gregory will still be in the # 85 and Dan has changed his paint scheme and number to 33.

Gregory started out playing hockey at the age of 10, he was one of the older kids on the ice and he could hardly skate.  We felt so bad for him, being the biggest and worse skater.  We couldn't do anything to help, he was on his own, he had to do it, we had to let go!  Everyone had started at a younger age and was so far advanced in hockey then he was. His determination, strong will and ALOT of practice made him   one of the better skaters on the team very quickly.  Why am I starting out writing about hockey?  I see the same thing happening in car racing, Gregory has only been racing for 5 years, he has never raced before.  He has had go carts in the back yard, dirt bikes, ATVs. In 2005, Greg started his racing career in driving a Super X at Waterford Speedbowl, CT on Wacky Wednesday. In 2006, he moved up from  Wacky Wednesdays  to Saturday Night
Sportsman division, 2007 to Limited Late Model at Stafford Motor Speedway, 2008 and 2009 Trucks with ARTS and Waterford Speedbowl.  You see, Gregory does things right, he is planning to practice the Late model for 2010, just like he practiced the Super X and the Sportsman and the Limited  before competing. If he wasn't  comfortable starting in front of the field because the track or the car didn't seem right he would start in the back, so not to take anyone else out in the event of a crash. He would practice the car until he felt confident. Now, he has developed the skills to control the race car during adverse conditions. He works on all the cars he has had.  He welds, does the mechanics and set ups  with his Dad and brothers. He has two AS degrees in Photonics and Electrical Engineering and has recieved his BA in Electronics Technology from Central Conn State University. At the end of 2009, Greg finished 2nd in championship points.

In 2008, his brother Dan, joined the truck division! Like his brother, he had never raced before. Dan did very well and has improved with every race since. Gregory was so busy with his own truck, he didn't have the time to really pull Dan's truck  the way it should have been. When they pulled the 25 truck  apart at the end of 2009 season, they found that the steering that Dan was complaining about, was origanally set up for dirt  racing and it was set up differently. Sorry Dan.

In the 2009 racing season, Dan recieved an award for 7th points in NEATV Truck division at Waterford Speed Bowl.

Since Gregory started racing his other brother Rich, has been helping keeping the cars, trucks on the track plus being the spotter for Dan! He is always there when called upon! For 2010, John Jepson has returned to the crew after recoupping, glad to have you back John.
